We’re back with the Product Ops Salary & Role Survey, specifically for Product Ops Professionals. Throughout late-2025, Product Ops professionals shared their feedback, and now the results are in.
This survey aims to provide a crowd-sourced baseline and reference for professionals either seeking new roles or curious about their own salary, or for hiring managers looking to create new Product Ops roles.
Once again, the results are super interesting.
As usual, this survey was interested in more than just money; it also aimed to find out the different sizes of Product Operations teams, in comparison to product, tech and business sizes too.
