I ( Graham Reed ) was once again invited to speak at the PLA Product Ops Summit: London in December 2025. This year I speak about the journey I have been on at HeliosX, specifically the various Product Ops tools I have built, enhanced and tested with our scaling technology division.
While I was only able to attend a portion of the event, as usual, it was fantastic to catch up with so many Product Ops peers and professionals. My biggest takeaways were the familiar patterns, phrasiology, techniques and challenges overcome - ones we have all experienced. I found myself hearing my own voice and words spoken by others as they described their findings, tips and tricks.
Product Ops has come a long way in the past few years, and it is gratifying to see more professionals taking on the challenges in different businesses globally, backed by an ever-growing and always-supportive community of experts.
