I ( Graham Reed ) was recently invited to be part of Airtable’s 2026 Playbook, as one of Airtable MVPs, building core workflows within hyperscaling businesses (My day job as Head of Product Ops at HeliosX). This playbook kicked off Airtable’s 2026 launch, focused on an AI-first future.
If you have seen my work throughout 2025 using Airtable, you’ll have seen how I’ve embedded detailed workflows covering planning, delivery, communicaton and performance reporting into the Operating System of the technology division at HeliosX, and in 2026 AI is taking on an even greater responsibility and bulk of the work. So it was an honour to speak to the plans of Airtable’s field agents and Omni copilot in this interview, along with other experts.
