About Graham
Hello. I’m Graham, and I am That Product Ops Guy 👋🏻
Since 2020, and after a decade in product management, I have pioneered and developed Product Operations in the UK, Europe & the US, across market leaders in automotive (BookMyGarage), cyber security (Cobalt), business services (Learnlight), education (Oxford University Said Business School) & pharma/healthtech (HeliosX aka MedExpress), with revenues topping £1B+.
I’ve advised organisations on their Product Ops transformation, as well as mentored dozens of professionals on their own Product Ops journey.
I am passionate about the education and awareness of Product Operations, pushing boundaries via communities, writing, workshops, panels and keynote speeches. I work with the brightest minds in the wider community to continually refine the role and demonstrate the value it brings to businesses.
